Transferred funds from ixr to vml in disgust of CR only for VML to structure a very similar CR.
Expect you'll be just as opinionated on those forums considering they (VML) just raised 40m at 6.5c current S/P of 8c. Looks like it will all be to pros too given the 40M target - most of the time they've already done the ring around to be 80-90% confident to fill it.
FWIW I don't see an issue with VML's CR. It's necessary, closed soon, no risk of not getting the funds you want. Good on them.
*disclosure, don't hold VML but I would if it dropped low enough.
