That would be a wrong impression indeed if you've listened to all the interviews and the direction IXR and our director Tim is working towards.

The purpose behind acquiring Seren Technologies is for IXR in the long term to become their own refiner and recycler.

Tim has stated in the past that given the lack of global refineries that China will likely be a short term customer to supply our rare earths to but the longer term plan is to become their own refiner hence they are building in 2022 a demo plant in the UK that will help fast track the use of Seren Techs technology in Europe and the USA (as per latest interview with Crux) and after the demo plant the aim is for commercialisation plant/s

They haven't talked about Chinese partnerships since the Chinalco mou; quite the opposite IXR director Tim Harrison has been talking about Europe and the USA.

Tim states reliance is not on China and that IXR want to meet the demand for Western Governments who are looking for alternative, secure and traceable supplies outside of China.
