yeah i seriously doubt they will be able to shut off the nuclear energy when the alternative is to line Putin's wallet. That said, there's been a COP21 drive for wind-power etc, but its a different thing when its driven by geopolitics - im guessing any exciting plans will have to be turbocharged, but its not about carbonising...
