Possible but very low chances for any upgrade to be released by the end of April.
the video you linked to was pre-recorded from the paydirt conference on 6 to 7th April and only recently released on youtube
paydirt released a more updated video interview with Tim Harrison on 11 April. Tim mentions reporting the upgrade in the second quarter of this year so between April to June at 8 minutes in, with the best case scenario late April. however more realistically from past experience there are usually delays with met results and it takes to create/approve the report on them. an announcement in May or June is much more likely
