The whole market has been taking continuous hits day after day, there's nothing wrong fundamentally with IXR, that's just fear creeping into your head because we need in our mind a "reason" but there's no real reason beyond market panic.
If we weren't in the current market climate; where aussie bank stocks were sold off, whole market panic sold on the RBA rate rise, then add all the US market fears and selling; then I'd agree with you that something doesn't seem right, but that's not the case as it's not an isolated situation.
Right now people aren't thinking, they're just panicking and when there's not huge rush of buyers to overpower the fear, add in the manipulating sells going on too and we end up where we are right now, oversold and significantly undervalued.
