I think sovereign risk is the big one everyone is aware of particular given the way things have “gone down” in the past in the same region (not country) for other ASX listed explorers.

I think other risks include overall project economics (hopefully BFS addresses that).
Local stakeholder relations.
Ability to finance via debt / equity and what dilution will come with any equity component (IMO an equity component will be required 100%) but we “could” be at a much higher SP by then.
Global macro environment (cost of money, wars, inflation) but all stocks exposed to this.
Time blow outs / extended orphan period etc.
Potential share consolidation too soon to reduce SOI when we don’t have CF in sight.
Left field black swan event (again all stocks have a component of this).

Im very bullish on IXR been here for a long time “by modern day investor standards” and still buying so don’t take my message as negative just a response to your question.
