After missing their self-imposed October deadline they said "MLA to be finalised Nov 2022..." which implies FS complete end November. They could have said Dec 2022 or early new year 2023. They could have said something realistic as what they did say was obviously wishful thinking. Then to just let it all hang with nothing said...at the very least 'bad form'. You have no doubt noticed how the share price is being treated with contempt - corralled and steered down.
I am hoping one of the pals of management might have a word.
I think that the success of this company is a lay down misere but still the silence worries me.
