Again it wasn't a deadline but a rough guide. I'd rather them get it right than rush and this isn't a little $10m market cap explorer waiting on drill results, it's a 32 kilometre long known resource getting things in place for the mining license.
What silence? I suggest watch the very recent presentations and interviews conducted by IXR director Tim Harrison which has a lot of information, including the new talk of the first plant being in the US.
If you have anxieties I genuinely suggest seeking help and other ways to manage rather than coming to an online forum to vent.
