Just poking my head out of the turret to say we may of based and its upward from here and taken a few chomps today....
When i contrast IXR with another I day traded today,,,a NSW copper 'hopeful', then IXR's resource and MOU begins to look like a bargain.

The Ugandan proposal of 15% tax is actually below Tanzania's 16% though i think neither are set in stone and a case by case assessment is the most likely way they proceed.Or we take this but we give you that kind of deal that offsets one against the other so to speak.
For me this is the biggest uncertainty ...and really... its not a big concern at all is it .

The NSW copper 'hopeful' today , had no delianated resource just a very deep 340m drill result where as IXR has a shallow low strip resource and proven economic even under the most the severly cut back SS... add a significant MOU with Chinalco, global leader in the rare earths game, that after 12 months of due diligence covering metallurgy/grade/size/logistics/ power & water catchment and whether Uganda's political and business environment was pro mining,, concluded it wants in.
....and now they are imbedded with IXR,, expediating the BFS process and likely future stake holder/ off take partner.

Chart likely to switch positive soon very soon ,,so getting re-set before the scramble
