When IXR is leaving behind between 90% (10% Recoveries) at worst and 49% (51% recoveries below) at best of their Rare Earths at Makuutu in the clays, when the Rare Earth grades are already low, then you would have to expect this project not to proceed. IMHO.
I'm surprised the market cap is even $90million TBH.
