Absolutely, this thing has the potential to get very silly very quickly. Positions by both sides are escalating, can't see either really being able to back down. Whether we like it or it not REE's are both political&essential rolled into one.
Now regards IXR, Africa is prime territory that holds an abundance of the minerals required by both sides. Uganda is a safer bet than the DRC IMO. Reference AVZ yet again. HC the ticker if you not already aware.
