I posted a chart on the 14th with a similar target. If the trend change happens at it's looking more likely I have a price target of .064 with a wick up to .070 and this should happen around early to mid October.
MACD, Fib retracement, Moving average, Parabolic Sar, and Awesome Oscillator are all looking Bullish and indicating a potential buy.
