Thanks for the write up, I would agree IXR is undervalued - 102m market cap is wild even if you exclude the recycling.
i was more eluding to the idea that Lynas would rather buy it cheaper, given it's actual value is 2.7c a share currently, and likely won't break 10c even with the ML approved.
