i really don't understand how this mining licence is taking so god dam long.. we've beeen hearing that the government is completely onboard with ixr and have been from the start so you'd think they would race through with it? now the mining license is way behind and put a hold on any good re rate in the share price.. ixr needs something up their sleeve pretty much right about now to get everyone back on board...
