I think its easy to loose sight that it may have fallen, but the price per kg is amazing, the elements are rare and they are needed in so much items now & into the future, even some of the ideas to reduce the need are years off if not longer actually been able to practically implement from what ive read. Demand simply outstrips supply, and adjustments may be synthetic influences from major players but such activities dont last for ever often resulting in a reversal, which we are already starting to observe.
