Anyone who is impatient for mining licence I think you need to set expectations for July unfortunately while the Ugandan government has been very pro ixr they have been slow as governments usually are with redtape and their checks and balances.
Personally I don't find the actual approval a big risk however I guess for the short termers and traders a delay in approval would definitely be a short term risk for them that's has probably screwed a few over.
