Additionally, in clause (2) IXR has 30 days to agree to the terms and conditions of the licence. So we could be waiting up to ninety days, however that (timeframe) is obviously relative to the discretion of the board agreeing to all T&Cs, if they are not already aware of these.
Or, IXR releases an announcement once they receive initial approval from the Ugandan Gov't, pending IXR agreeing to all the T&Cs (however, I am not that familiar with how this would unfold)
