Correct, it does depend on when the clock started and the parties involved, however, with this knowledge, IXR chose to provide ''expected to be granted in the second quarter'' which is what I am referring too.
I'm also bearish on the mine until RE prices start to right, I'm really hoping in 6-12 months time we are seeing an upwards trend that will last many years and reflect the supply and demand we have seen touted by many.
I do wonder if the MLA is required before certain off-takes, partnerships or financial decisions can be made though, which is partially why I am anxious to see it complete.
