All about relative value imho, MEI was a buy at 4-10c I got in at 5.5c and freecarried and then some at 23.75c. Relative valuation wise IXR imho is now more appealing to me imho which is why I recently topped up here. Definitely a boatload of us missed the REE cycle opportunity to sell around the peak but there's not much utility in selling at or near the bottom to then place a bet on something that's fairly or overvalued. imho only.
