Possibly because the SP has hit 2.4 several times since 23 May and dropped back to 2.2 in the days afterwards.
"Double tops" in TA speak.
But it kept above 2.4 today. This could be a good signal, and the next major hurdle will be 2.8.
But of course DYOR, and TA is sometimes a bit like astrology
