Thanks for your reply and the info, a reasonable point.

There was a lengthy interview I saw recently with Tim Harrison in a board room with a regular interviewer (I'll find the link when in my PC) where he was specifically talking about making sure there are alloy and magnet makers downstream as part of the refinery study - in fact he posed the point:

There is no point doing this unless we know it is going somewhere. If those channels don't exist, guess where our product is going? China.

That is me paraphrasing. It was a lengthy interview and I shall find the link. I think IXR are well aware of all these issues, and my hope as an investor is that behind the scenes (perhaps a bit restricted due to this god awful wait for ML) things are being lined up
