It's been the same delays for all exploration in Uganda (I know first hand) so it's got nothing to do with this company. However, there is pretty much nothing IXR can do to prevent people having thoughts like the one you just did. The ML imho will just suddenly drop and then we can forget about this patience building exercise >.<
