So now we've established you're still here for an emotional reason. I get it. I'm not knocking your decision.
Rule #1 is capital preservation. Just imagine if you sold out when down 10% - how much more $$$ would you have?
IXR has the indicators of becoming a decent company - you're decision to buy in may well be correct in time, but you jumped in too early...
Learn from each trade you do - what factors could influence the share price? Set a stop-loss. Work on removing emotion from all trading activity. Write it all down. Review it when you've started selling..
