Well done, still great buying opportunities at these prices, patience is the key here now, from the Demonstration Plant until production time 2025, the true value for IXR will evolve, that Demonstration Plant is now the key to strengthen technical capabilities and streamline the project validation, That Demo Plant will help IXR with efficiency, increase production/recoveries and reduction of impurities which will help to review and update the DFS, also with MREC in hand, we have a much higher chance of funding, I think this is when IXR will probably more than likely get funding with MREC samples, that why this Demonstration Plant is very very important for Ionic Rare Earths now, production of MREC in small scale then ramp it up to industrial scale!
