Investors may finally be beginning to realise that one of the absolute necessities for any successful mining operation is a proven 'Ore' Reserve, one that can be mined to generate a 'Profit'; something that is currently lacking at Makuuta ! Also waiting for the magnet recycling business to reach maturity may take a while, most of the existing RE generators/motors still have at least 5-10 years life left in them.
