Tories won't be in shortly, Labour already stated they'll reverse that perticular decision. Unfortunately this will all become very political. So no real worries. As stated previously Tories basically short sighted, being against any green or environmental issues, talk is cheap. Now at least Johnson, due to his wife mostly understands the huge potential the UK would have to be leading this.
