With the Demo Plant IXR will then have a better understanding with precise figures to find the best possiblity to recover RE, and with this information revise the DFS
If your that concerned, why dont you email those figures to IXR Management team and to DRA Global and tell them that the Rare Earths Project at Makuutu is not Feasible, they can stop wasting millions of dollars more!
