Interesting… I reckon that is the first time I have heard that there is a requirement to obtain 100% land access agreements with the local communities before the mining licence can be approved..
If I heard correctly, they will have up to about 75% by the weekend. I can’t see the ML being approved before Xmas at that rate to be honest, which really does put the timeline quite considerably back.
must say, it is good to hear the Rwenzori side of the coin given they are doing the hard yards in country and a bit less “fluff” to their presentation.
