This is wild. Surely Tim knew of this information, he must have. I had some sympathy for him with the delays, he suspects it's imminent but has to be cautious with his wording not knowing if imminent is 1 week or 1 month, but hearing this now - after many, many months of waiting for the MLA - makes me wonder has he been a bit less than honest with investors..
