Because the Ugandan Government continues to delay The ML, it's pushes all the timelines further into 2024/25 that's also including Land Acquisitions, Even Tim during he's presentation emphasised time is at its upmost importance to get Makuutu up and running ASAP but delays by the GoU is this cause, need to strike while the irons hot!
