There will be so many strategic partnerships being built now and in the next 6 months, (even if they come to nothing), IXR has no time to dilly dally around, they need to put more pressure on RRM. If the ML does not come in the next 6 months I would be hesitant to say it's curtains for the Ugandan Government. If I was them I would be helping RRM to triple the size of the team to get these Land Acquisitions done and dusted asap, and have government officials on the ground assuring the public that this is a good thing. You could hear the frustration in the Country Managers speech.
