"Get the champagne ready Tim" "ML imminent" etc etc yet we hit another road block. Painful experience to say the least. With all the talk about leading the way and getting a head start on the market having one of the biggest resources outside of China you'd think Uganda's leaders would be tripping over themselves trying to sign the ML off at the very least! Why do things continuously not add up with this shit.
