Today was a great day for those of us who have kept our eyes firmly on what we see as a potentially great business made up of two businesses that the western world in particular NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL!

IXR are currently in the process of expanding the recycling of REs in Europe and should be able to expand significantly once proven beyond any doubt that it will be viable once scaled up. The processes in Nthn Ireland could also be shared via licensing arrangements throughout the world if IXR choose to.

In Uganda the deposit is a huge (and growing) shallow, easy to mine deposit. Yes the government have been slow to fully license it but we know they are very keen supporters of the project and they both want and need it to succeed if they wish to be considered a good mining and business precinct.

Really at this stage of development the only real obstacle (apart from mining license which is in-hand) is FINANCE.

When IXR begin reporting they have found the best method of heap leaching we should be home and hosed technically and hopefully with funding.

It will of course take some time for these tasks to be achieved but by mid year next year, if things progress as expected, the SP of IXR will be significantly higher than now.

Feeling very relieved this afternoon. Waiting is never easy.
