I would guess a dedicated TSF for the impurty precipitate would be relatively small. 5 mtpa ore, assume 5% Fe+Al grade (not shared by IXR), assume 2% Fe+Al extraction (not shared by IXR), assume the impurity precipitate is 10 wt% Fe+Al = 50 kt/a of impurity precipitate to put into a lined TSF. Very small compared to the size of lined TSFs at concentrators throughout Australia, which may see 0.5-2 mtpa of acid generating tailings.
