I would relish a day in Court with this mob, and the chance to counter sue.
A sure defense against Libel is to demonstrate the Lie, and I have plenty of Publicly released Company documentation to draw upon. Perhaps they could include a few of the other posters on this forum and make it a Class action.
As you say, it is easy to identify the people using HC, So why have I never received one complaint/warning or cease and desist notice, from any body in the Company ????
