Firstly I must say it is most refreshing to find somebody who actually presents a plausible argument supported by facts, rather than continual misdirection, propaganda.or just plain abuse.
I am not sure where you get that " IXR (OPEX) is around $30m/mtpa feed ore, " but it has to make you wonder how far MREC prices have to improve from the current US$25 per kg before Makuuta's recovered 250-300gms /t feed can break even ? yet alone start to pay back CAPEX.
