I didn't want to see it but called it, for whatever reason whenever a mining license gets approved the price decreases.
The next decrease will be the start of construction then after that the completion of construction.
But in-between all these positive announcements it'll increase till the positive announcement of progression. then decrease.
Mines are overall confusing to follow when it comes to stocks.
It's definitely an accumulation opportunity and there's still risk but far out its a nightmare to understand.
