Their was a discussion on another thread about rare earths and china. I read a news article that had Joe Biden say china needs to be excluded from processing rare earths from outside countries.
My concern is with the political climate is if America calls for sanctions against china regarding rare earths. From memory I think Canada and India are fast tracking the construction of a processing plant.
I have also read that china is scaling down processing due to the mess it leaves to deal with. Although reports say china is using rare earths as a political bargains tool, I think it has more to do with china becoming a cleaner country. So we could be looking at 3 or 4 options for processing before we actually start mining.
