Do agree capital raise is not the best at this price but what can you do in this market. Just need to roll with the punches. I look to focus more on how they are spending that money at the moment and not at what price they are raising (as long as it is not a ridiculous discount to the current price). A lot of explorer hopefuls in this space will be in the same position at the moment...
