I’ll take an uneducated guess and consult my crystal ball ..Nope, sorry it’s out of action. Seriously though, I hope it is sooner than later but I suspect that china is deliberately pushing the price of REE down to a point to stifle emerging supply.
It will really depend on how committed the west is to shoring up ex china supply and start to pay up for the product. This should hopefully create competition and pricing to match? That’s my 2c worth anyway.
