I think this is a free carry 15%, can someone clarify if the government would pay 15% of the CAPEX, or does Rwenzori (94% IXR) pay 100% CAPEX and only get 85% ownership? In this case CAPEX for economic modelling increases by 100/85 = 18% for the same return. Will be interesting to see how DRA Global handle this in DFS II, the potential for free carry was noted but not included in economics in DFS I.
