The price for NdPr oxides is certainly tricky at that value, considering the OPEX of USD $35-$40 doesn't include the cost of the magnets. On the other hand it is nice to be reminded just how valuable Dy and Tb are, even despite price suppression.
I am eager to see this feasibility study, and I'm cautiously optimistic. If RE prices are showing signs of an upward trend by then, or we see further evolution of ex.China markets, this could be quite a beautiful rerate. A lot of if's though!
