Is it possible the refining mentioned on the website isn't related to the separation refining technology developed by Ionic Tech but rather a more traditional refinery which they were looking at in the US?
I agree that this deal seems a bit off. But from what I can tell any refining capabilities Ionic Tech manages will belong 100% to us. It is only tech developed in Brazil that is 50/50 JV, and the recycling remains 100% ours in any case.
I hope Tim does some interviews shortly to clear some things up.
