Am I missing something? I feel there is a lot of support for this JV but the benifits for IXR seem to be going over my head.

IXR is allowed to buy MREC from VMM, JVCo =
VMM sells its MREC to the Joint Venture/ or Offtake agreements, basically has two options, see the flow chart below

SST = Selective Separation Technology ......Ionic Technology
RRT = Recycling

This is only for in Brazil

While VMM is still in its early stages, the JVCo can start in Brazil and process Hard Rock REE Concentrate and other Brazilian Clay Deposits MREC, using Ionic Technology start producing REO

With VMM, VMM sells its MREC to JVCo at REE Market price or to another Facilty or offtakes

VMM will receive 50% of the Gross sales of REO and JVCo the other 50%, out of that 50% the profits will go to IXR + Magnet Recycling in Brazil using Ionic Technologies
