Looks entirely like a revision 2 of last weeks announcement with a car salesman speech from Brett after there was probably some less than happy email and phone calls to the front desk. It's proven that the tech works, so do something about it and get some commitment from sovereign funds or some REO offtakes - that is all the market wants now from this puppy, not 8% dilution.
Time to put the hand out to the EU critical minerals bank account rather than further diluting shareholders.

Disclaimer: Still greatly impressed with the progress of the overall business, but definitely disappointed in the substantial dilution that has taken place over the last two cap raises.
