The reason is because the main focus at the moment is the recycling tech as it's the quicker route to cashflow and market. Progress is still being made with makuutu but this can continue to churn along in the background while Ree prices are in the bin.
From my last discussions we are still on schedule with whatever the most recent timeframes were given for makuutu.
