Yeh, seems like everyone wants to build their own seperation facilities. Quite possibly as they realise they can't make decent returns on selling MREC. Suspect that's why Pensana did a 180 degree turn from doing MREC to suddenly combining things and going big bang instead with their own separation facility too. I would have still been invested there had they kept the time lines of separation and mining seperate and actually communicated when they said they would.

Will be interesting to see the details on their new Capex and IRR once the BFS comes out. Definitely capex will go up and IRR go down, but it still looks like the next possible project to get up I think.
