Hey Tim for the the last six months you stated that there is a massive amount of interest and you have been sitting at the negotiating table close to signing deals.
Well either you have lied or you don't know how to close a deal, if it's the latter please step aside and let someone or get someone who can , not everyone is a wheeler dealer salesman thank you ,
