You must understand Tim maybe good at something not everything. Especially his background and his poor network. He is not kind of rich person So it’s hard to find funding for his level. That’s why he needs someone to build more bridges to the 3rd parties.
He is the one from Nobody to Somebody. His reputation needs more time to build to win more trust.
