At last something that I totally agree with, Western Governments need to put their money where their mouths are; if they don't these attempts to constrain the Chinese will only backfire when they find themselves without any Magnet metals at all.
I have always said Belfast is a good idea, providing it can get sufficient feedstock ~ sorry but Makuuta does not fit that bill, VMM might.
At last something that I totally agree with, Western Governments...
